Our work is expressed through 3 Core Themes – Adovacay, Community and Education (ACE). Each theme reflects a vital strand of our mission. Together they enable us to affirm, celebrate, and empower singles as part of church and community life.
Why these themes matter
ADVOCACY
Too often, decisions about church life, community planning, and social policy are made without the voices of singles at the table. Our advocacy ensures that their needs, experiences, and contributions are recognised and respected.
COMMUNITY
Loneliness and social exclusion affect lots of singles, in church and community settings. Building a community around them helps to reduce isolation and promotes belonging.
EDUCATION
Without education, the same myths and silences about singleness are repeated. Learning equips churches and communities to become more inclusive and life-giving.
ADVOCACY
We speak up for singles’ value and inclusion in every sphere of life, challenging cultural and church norms that marginalise them.
Singleness Awareness Services
Special church services that affirm, celebrate and empower singles. Raising awareness and giving singles a voice.
Research
Doctoral level research to inform policy, church practice, and social understanding.
Campaigns
To challenge the stigma in church and community, by raising awareness on this growing demographic.

Informal, safe conversations for singles in a relaxed setting.

Social gatherings and opportunities for rest, reflection, & resetting.

Check-in/pastoral support for those who are sick, bereaved, or struggling.

Our Vision is to establish a network of ‘Wells’ across the UK where singles experience belonging, support, and dignity, with a long-term goal or expanding internationally.
EDUCATION
We equip churches, organisations and the wider community with knowledge and tools to better understand and engage with singles’ needs.
Community Education
Sessions on health, financial literacy, identity, relationships, well-being for singles.
